 Denise S.S. Fullerton is a Partner of Ramsay, DeVore & Bennerotte, P.A. She heads the Injury and Rights Department, which includes:

In 1993 Denise graduated with Honors from Gustavus Adolphus College. She is also a 1998 Honors graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. She has focused her practice on the areas of Personal Injury and No-Fault law since 1998. Denise has been a faculty member and chair of numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars, particularly on the topics of Personal Injury and No-Fault law. She is also a qualified neutral for the American Arbitration Association. Denise has been named, for the fourth time, a Rising Star among Minnesota lawyers. Minnesota Law & Politics, in their January 2007 magazine, published the names of Denise and the rest of the top 2½% of up-and-coming lawyers in the State, as nominated by the Super Lawyers® of Minnesota. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. She has been a member of Minnesota Women Lawyers, and the Hennepin County, Ramsey County, Minnesota State Bar Associations, and Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Associations/MTLA), and American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America).
Denise is an accomplished and recognized member of MN Justice. In 2001, Denise began her leadership track as a Chair/Co-Chair of the MN Justice No-Fault Committee, a position she continues to hold. She and this committee continue their work on important consumer issues affecting victims of car accidents throughout the State. She has been appointed to the MN Justice Board of Governors and has served on that Board since 2003. In 2005 she served on the Executive Committee of MN Justice. She also Co-Chairs the Women Lawyers Section of MN Justice.
Denise lives in Arden Hills with her husband and two young daughters. Her personal interests revolve around her family and home. She enjoys landscaping and gardening, home remodeling and decorating, spending time with her children, and a variety of creative arts.
