CRIMINAL DEFENSE Ramsay, DeVore & Bennerotte, P.A. provides extraordinary defense for individuals in State, Federal, and Juvenile Courts around the state. Our clients include those who have already been charged with a serious offense, to those who believe they are about to be charged, and to those who are concerned they may be under investigation.
We are not average criminal defense attorneys. We don't believe that criminal defense means merely defending. We take the offense. As part of our aggressive representation, we may attack the prosecution's version of the facts, or challenge the laws themselves on state or federal constitutional grounds. In some cases, however, when the “full court press” is inappropriate, we may exercise only “damage control.”
Some of our attorneys have been selected as “Super Lawyers®” – a designation given to only the top 5% of Minnesota Attorneys. We are members of elite attorney organizations such as the Minnesota Society of Criminal Justice (MSCJ) – an organization limited to 50 criminal attorneys in the state. MSCJ was the first in the country to establish a national dwi/dui seminar designed to teach cutting edge techniques to attorneys across the nation. We are also members of the National College for DUI Defense, Inc., and of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
