Take I-35E North to Hwy 36 West, exit 11B Go South on Snelling Ave to County Road B, and turn Right. Follow CR B to Herschel Ave, and take a Right. Go straight and you will see the Rosedale Towers building on your right.
From the West (Minneapolis):
Take I-35W North to Hwy 36 East. Take the Fairview Ave exit and go Left onto Fairview. Go to the next stop light which is the Frontage Road, and take a Left. Follow Frontage Road to Herschel Ave. and take a Right. You will see the Rosedale Towers directly ahead of you on the left.
From the North:
